This is a gourmet flavored salt that we did a great deal of research on. Most of what we were finding were a variety of citrus salts that just contained lemon, orange and maybe some lime zest combined with sea salt. We wanted something a bit more robust. We ended up with numerous test batches until we we were settled on our Smoked Citrus Salt that we felt really fit the bill.
Then it was on to our product testers who gave this rave reviews with its delightful citrus flavor with just a hint of smokiness from the Smoked Sea Salt that we also blended in. This is a delectable seasoning to use on grilled fish or chicken, shrimp stir fries, roasted vegetables and even on the rim of a margarita glass.
