One of the most popular “Pro-Chef Collection” cutting boards is the Newton Prep Master. Designed with such great functionality, this cutting board provides you with two different cutting surfaces. One cutting surface features a sloped juice groove that allows all your cooked juices to flow into the stainless steel catch pan. Transfer these ingredients to a stock pot or a mixing bowl to complete a recipe. The reversible side is equipped with a concave surface that allows you to use the stainless steel rocker knife that comes standard with this cutting board. The concave mezzaluna allows you to mince herbs with ease. Ergonomic handle facilitate easy transport.

This Northern Hard Rock Maple edge-grain reversible board includes a stainless steel tray and double bladed stainless steel rocker knife.

Made in the USA with a 1-year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Boos will either repair or replace a product determined to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations or exposure to extreme conditions.
