An outstanding blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Macabeu, 10% Marsanne and the balance Vermentino, the 2015 Cotes du Roussillon les Vignes de Bila Haut Blanc was raised all in stainless steel. Possessing fabulous notes of citrus rind, white flowers and distinct minerality, this beauty hits the palate with medium-bodied richness, bright acidity and a mineral-laced finish that keeps you coming back to the glass. Color: Pale yellow color with green tints. Nose: Exhibits citrus aromas (lemon, grapefruit) with smoky notes. Mouth: Fresh and very aromatic attack. The palate is round, with a great acidity (coming from the later ripening sites at higher altitude).
